Been quite a busy week for me, so really unable to work out as much as I like too. Will be turning it up a notch and working out now that my husband has a abandoned me to work 3rd shift. Besides that, I think I will even be more ambitious because I will have time to myself and of course the kids. YAY!

I haven't done so well this week. I'm tired, stressed, and overworked with school and work. I haven't really been to motivated. But since my weigh in allowed for no weight loss, I'm a little upset at myself for it. I'm stepping it up a notch by adding volleyball to my workout one day a week and hopefully one day of jogging. Hopefully I get into it and feel energized again.
