My wt has not changed. i am exercising more and i know that the wt will happen eventually. I think it, the wt, is a mental thing. I probably would not care if the scale said 220 if i wore a size 4.LOL

I am incorporating all the stuff that has worked for me, in the past. Putting it all together. Good for me foods that fill me up in small amounts, and small purposeful exercises. 21# togo. today 10min bike, leg raises, squats, NO junk food!!
