I was due to hit my first target of 171 lbs by my birthday 1st June and absolutely smashing it. Today's weight is 166.6 (I'm on a 1.8 gain since wedesday) but I have given myself a week off to focus on what my body needs and I think it's a break! I have been riddled with either a chest infection or a throat infection since the first week of Feb. Various Antibiotics and just what the doctor ordered.. eating clean, exercise and lots of water are not working :( it's bought back my depression and I want to throw my hands up and scream because I can't continue what I was doing but I can't.. My voice is shot to peices 😞 I however look at how far I have come and I have 16.6 lbs left to my main target which I am due to hit 1st September which is about a 1lb a week. I am confident I will do it I just need to have a week off. I'm still eating half right but the pain and lack of energy throws my exercise out the window so I lose my calorie deficit. The point of my post is we have set backs or bumps in the road but if we have a plan and a goal we will get there!

fell off the wagon completely yesterday. was doing really well then... a double decker, a wispa gold, dime bar.. topped of with a delivery.. double cheese burger with mayo, a massive potion of chips. a pitta bread and garlic mayo. Still struggling with this throat and chest infection. last antibiotics didn't work and had this since the 8th Feb.. feeling really down can't swim or even go out for a walk as the weather is so shit been really depressed about it so just had a blow out. feeling guilty for it today so trying to recal. Will be hard later as housemate ordering pizza 😢😥😭 so will try and eat before do I'm not tempted. but that often fails at weekends because he doesn't order food until 9 so time he orders then I want some and end up eating double. all a bit of an excuse why I have been shaking in the weightliss over the past few weeks. just so hard to focus when I feel like cr*p
