today is the day....no cheating....wow...

so i ate all i wanted today....to start my challenge tomorrow

ok...so its the 2nd of august...my birthday is oct 30th....i want to be at least...25 to 30 lbs lighter by then...i do not want to be 30 and overweight....so i am taking this first challenge...starting tuesday to loose 10 lbs in 4 weeks...its a start.....le_ole_jewel> signing out peace!!!!!!!!!!
