I started seeing a Nutritionist on 1/31 of this year. At that time I weighed in at 289 lbs.,so I have already lost 15 lbs based on a 1200 calorie a day diet. I have tried to monitor what I eat and keep a record but it has been very difficult, so I decided to sign up with the fatsecret website so I could track exactly what I'm eating and have support from others who are trying to get their weight down to a healthy weight. I want to loose the weight gradually and get healthier in the process. I am learning to eat differently and I feel better for it. I look forward to loosing with this community.
