Is anyone else finding a new love for jogging?
I remember those days! I began jogging/running last year and fell in love with it! I also had a good size portion too and had to find a good sports bra. The key is to keep going! I soon went down from a 40DD to a 36C. It felt great to get into a bra that didn't have cross lines, but had pretty prints and lace! Just like any other muscle in your body, they have to get used to the exercise too. Also do chest exercises too to build up the muscles underneath. That will help greatly with the hold and tone. You can do this at the gym on the machines or using dumb bells at home. Hope that helps!
