Due to my schedule being more hectic, I can no longer regularly weigh in at the same day and time of the week anymore. I expect more variability in my weight, but I have a range for a reason.
Glad I am showing a lower point, though, because I'm going to San Diego Comic Con this week, and have NO idea what food and exercise options will look like. I'm going to enjoy myself and not worry about it, though. :)

I am not surprised by the weight gain. While it is still within my maintenance range, I know this time it is due to not exercising as much as usual. I have still being doing Orangetheory twice per week, but that's it. Usually (before my injury), I would do that, as well as cardio 2-3 times per week. I am really going to work on doing that again this month, to get back into the habit of it.

I don't know how much the increase is due to muscle (I definitely have had gains in my left leg), and how much is due to being in the middle of the Fort Worth Opera festival (the one time of year where I eat and drink and don't feel guilty). Either way, I'm okay with it.
I got cleared to start Orangetheory again!!!! I can't run, or do burpees (oh darn...), but I can powerwalk, row, and test out what I can do on the floor. I let them know, so hopefully I can sign up for classes soon!

Not sure if this is actually additional muscle, or just weighing in the evening versus my usual lunchtime weigh-in (this is actually from yesterday). However, maybe heading in the right direction. I am slowly starting to build up more leg muscle in my left leg. Still lopsided, but not quite as bad (almost normal when walking).
