Went out to dinner, Had grilled shrimp salad no dressing and 1/2 potato I did not miss the dressing at all.Wow a new way of eating getting easier.

Busy day my Grandson staying the night. Playing rummy with a 10 year old is fun hahha, He beat me every game! as for food still on track had 2 glasses of White wine. counted those calories.
