Lost 2 lbs from Monday morning to Friday morning - Monday, 20 min treadmill, Tuesday, 60 min Turbo Kick; Wednesday, 20 min treadmill; Thursday, 60 min Zumba; Friday, 20 min treadmill.

4th of July weekend was really bad! I'm committed to getting back on track with exercise and no alcohol! It's the pina coladas that are killing me!

It's been 3 weeks and I'm down a total of 11.4 pounds counting points w/Weight Watchers. I'm very excited about the loss and I'm finally motivated to keep going.

I've just finished week 1 with WW and I'm down another 5.4 pounds, for a total of 9.4. I've started walking a mile in the morning and 2 miles in the evening. i'm looking forward to week 2!!
