I joined this website today hoping that it will help me to be a bit more accountable about what I am eating. I am going on my 2nd cruise in October. I think that I would have enjoyed my first one just a bit more if I had felt better about the way I looked. I want to lose at least 20 lbs. before this one coming up and I don't want to wait until the last minute. I joined a challenge through work that is called Eat Well Live Well and involves me keeping track of my fruits and vegetables. It also has me keeping track of my steps by wearing a pedometer. I am feeling very encouraged.
