Today I realized something...I'm over weight because I love food and I make excuses! No more blaming my controlling mom or my babies, my youngest was a big baby but that didn't make me over weight and she is 21 in July! Time to retire those lies!
I am to blame! ME! That's me going for second helpings and that's me sitting on my couch all day! ME! That's me taking bigger helpings then I know I should have! ME! That's me using my plantar faciitis as a reason not to workout or even going for a walk! ME!
This has been hard to admit but it hit me today!
No more lies... no more excuses!

Trying to figure out which diet to follow! I have done so many before but now that I am not working, I can dedicate more time to preparing meals. But which ones really work?
Still really concerned about exercising with my high blood pressure and plantar fasciitis . ...what if I over do it?
I will be attending a wedding in August and then Disneyland! I want to try and lose 30 lbs before the wedding...not my overall goal but a short term goal.
