Bryden was born on 14 Sep 2014...
I was around 85kg....
Now around 72kg....
July.Aug.Sep... Lose 5kg plus 💪
Only eat treat or processed carbs..... if already had a Run that day.
Running is my aim.
Bed by 9.30.
Meal prep, bags packed, running clothes ready - at night.
Wake up at 5.30.
Coffee/Tea.
