Hi all! I just got certified to be a personal trainer, working with post rehab clients. BUT.....losing weight is tough this time. Work out 1 hour per day, moderate intensity. Have switched to non-processed or homemade foods, (LUV Trader Joes)semi paleo (include some rice and beans). Here to find low fat natural foods. Also, really motivated for losing weight with toxic free eating, I just had breast cancer surgery (They got it all). I love to research nutrition info and like to share, but hard to be a reference when I'm not there yet lol
