Good afternoon!!! I did my elliptical for 15 mins!!!! I know it doesn't sound like a lot but it kicked my butt!!!!
YEAH
I am so glad that I can finally be active again!!

I got a Elliptical today and I hope this helps! Was a good eating day but had 2 beers and a drink
...we cleaned out the garage and mowed weeds cleaned out everything we could.... very active toady since my surgery!!! celebrating nice weather with my husband !!!
I have never told anyone on FS but my husband lost his leg 7 years ago..but he has a new prosthetic and there is no keeping him down!!!! He is my hero!!!
NW Ohio is starting to shape up!!!(So am I)..... By the Grace of God!!!

Well the sunny is finally shining!!!! It has felt more like fall in NW Ohio instead of spring!! I am really ready for whatever comes along today!! FS freinds have a wonderful Sunday and may today give you all many reasons to smile!!
