I've had to remove all but 30 carbs from my diet. Think that's the only way my body will let go of weight :-/

I have had no sugar, eggs, dairy, sesame seeds, almonds, cranberries or artificial sweeteners... or anything else I'm allergic to...
I am so frustrated I could scream!
The Dr. Upped my Thyroid meds last week so we'll see how that goes. Im still eating 1200-1400 calories a day. I could drink more water though.
My new goal: Drink 2 24oz glasses of water a day...
