Just checked my body fat percentage. 26.21% The chart I used, http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator, categorizes this as acceptable. I would like to dip down under 24%

Had a great run with the girls today. Did four miles with sprinting intervals for the last mile. I really want to challenge myself to start increasing my mph. Took time to stretch afterwards. Feeling good. Last week I kept a close eye on my calorie counting. I'm really glad to see that it is working. This encourages me to keep going. I'll be on vacation for the next week-and-a-half. Will need to continue to be faithful with being aware of my caloric intake. Thank God for the power of the internet.

It's been one week since I started calorie counting again. I've lost 2.5lbs. This is encouraging. I know it is working.

Did a core workout today. I was happy to see that I still have some ab definition despite my recent weight gain. This makes me want to loose my belly fat even more.
