Jumped on the scale at the gym last night. Its the same scale Ive always used... My last weigh in I kinda assumed a little higher... But I guess I was wrong. Its hard for me to think that 8 or so months ago, i was hoping and praying to be at 135... Now that Im here I want to loose even more... here we go!!

Just getting ready for this day. My boyfriend and I made Turkey burgers last night... (I still feel the lingering guilt for the massive onion bun & potato wedges) Oh well. I go to the gym tonight, I really want to tone up my stomach. Im starting to feel uncomfortable again, its been like 2 weeks since I have gone to the gym... (Family has been in and out of town from all over) And my last softball game was last Sunday, so now i need a new cardio on sunday nights.
Im not going out to lunch today with the girls. Ill stick to tuna, sucks. I hate being in the office by myself, but it saves $$ and calories.

Sometimes I feel "fat" Other times I dont. Its been a very emotional process for me. Growing up I always felt like the "Fat" girl in school. All my friends were size 0's and here I was a size 7. Looking back on that now, I should have been so happy with my body... But the way society put it in my mind, I could never be happy with my body... Not one roll, not one wrinkle, not one flaw.
I have always been very fit. I have a lot of muscle, I did competitive cheerleading for over 5 years, and loved it. It kept me fit. Then after I graduated I got into the serving industry. That kept me on my feet all day, a great way to loose weight, is walk a fast pace for hours, and be so sick of looking and smelling food, you didnt want to eat it!
Then, I got a desk job. (Play bad music here) Yeah, along with the "secretary spread" i.e. big butt; along came the feeling of wanting to eat all day. This was an awful downward spiral. I went from a happy 7 to a very unhappy 13. Just sitting down got uncomfortable, and I got into that state of mind, "oh well, im already fat, I will just eat what I want, and do nothing"
Something changed for me at the end of last year. Something clicked. I was going to get in the best physical shape of my life. And I wanted to feel healthier all the same.
So with cardio, a lot of tuna... and strength training... Ive lost over 30 pounds within months. Now its all about toning it up and keeping it off. I wish myself luck. Because its hard.
