Easy to focus when you are working 13 hours a day and have to pack a lunch. If you aren't hungry when you pack it makes it easier to pick healthy choices. I did a cardio work out last night for 20 minutes. I was on a treadmill that kept my heart rate between 60-70% based on my age. It felt good! Excited to go back at it tonight....

I was 195 in October of 2009, and I am trying to gradually lose weight. I heard the slower you lose the weight, the longer you keep it off. So this is my goal, to lose weight slowly and get in shape at the same time. I love to hike but me being out of shape becomes a problem.
