Tried starting the liquid diet yesterday and ended up wanting to eat all day long and ate too much, like always.
Had 2 eggs w/ gravy, yogurt and banana at work, soup, vegetables, beans, and coffee. My coffee sugar is the most calories but I'm addicted to it and can't stand it if it's not really sweet. I can't taste it unless it's got a lot in it. I guess because of my damn dentures.
