Hi guys, Sorry not been around for a good while.I have been following Slimming World and kind if cutting out carbs and am down another stone, bit more till I went out drinking at the weekend.
I have been skipping, using weights and doing home exercise like sit ups, knee lufts, waist twists. Getting bit of grief from friends and family that I am,losing too much weight, they just dont get me. I can become pretty obsessed and as I have lost a lot I fear it going bk on x

Had busy morning so no breakfast. Made lovely bacon salad at 5 pp, loved a sweaty Cardio Kickboxing Workout and then had yummy home made BBQ Chicken Kebabs at 10pp.....earnt 5 extra points from walking/kickboxing too so even better. x

For dinner tonight I had half packet of Chicken & Brocolli Pasta and mixed through some carrots, sweetcorn and brocolli :) Was lovely. I still have 5 pp left plus my extra 4 pp from my workout earlier. Prob got an extra more 1/2 as had a nice slow leisurely walk to park xxx

Just done a 25 min intense Jillian Michaels Cardio Kickboxing Workout...Phew Sweat pouring off me haha And also earnt myself 4 extra pro points to eat :) Instead of buying DVDs try Youtube as u can gt most of them on there :)
