lost 3lbs this week, went away on holiday and just tried to eat healthy most of the time. lots walking no workouts just 3 min planks here and there! lost 1.5 % body fat which I'm the most impressed with. At last I'm getting somewhere.

still 150 pounds but lost nearly 1 % body fat. getting my waist back. 15 days of level 2 body shred done and only 6 days without doing some sort of workout in a month. I've upped my steps to, to no less than 2500 a day
