well 3 weeks now and only 10 pounds, seems like its at a stand still ... not sure what's going wrong... eating right and exercising, the only thing I know that's not so good is the reg. coffee. but if coffee keeps me fat then I'm doomed ... maybe I should try something else for awhile, who knows maybe that will work .. :(

I Feel like I'm doing good its been 2 weeks and I've lost 10 lbs. started exercising only a little at a time ... don't want to over do it ... I know its going to take some time .. just hope I can do it this time ,and to top it all off I QUITE SMOKING which I am very proud of. A NEW YEAR AND A NEW ME ... :)
