well, I estimated my weight for my first weigh in and was way off! Weigh a lot more! Got a scale today - time to get serious!

I can't follow these regimented diets! I know what I can and can't eat from past experiences. I need to restrict bad carbohydrates, alcohol. Basically no bread, white rice, sugar, processed foods. Lots of protein, veggies and fruits.
