HOLY EFFFFF. Woke up today and I reached my first goal weight!!! Woooooooow. The exercise is pretty much the only thing I've been doing differently. Haven't been tracking it here (or the vast majority of my food, either... woops), but I do about 1 hour or more of elleiptical and/or walking. I can't believe I reached 140, because I binged pretty badly on sunday AND monday. I'm all carbed up right now. My goal was to reach 139 by the end of the year, and I KNOW I'm going to reach this goal. :D YES!!!

Oh, also, I've been coming back to fat secret because it counts net carbs. I love spark people and good ole fitday, but SERIOUSLY how hard is it to add a net carb counter? I'm trying to get the majority of my carbs before a workout, but don't really want to eff around figuring out which meals or snacks to have at what time with a calculator.
