Finished up my first week or so of watching what I eat to try to get back into shape. Green Tea, Grits with Avocado, Sunny Side Up Egg, Monterey Jack Cheese, and garlic salt. Need to do some hearty breakfasts in between my cottage cheese breakfasts! Today I woke up so hungry and like magic, my avocado was ripe, I knew what breakfast was going to be!
