ok- i need to stop snacking !!! it's mostly fat and don't need that. Lets try traditional eating. Breakfast ,lunch, dinner and a snack of fruit or two..... (sounds hard )
So far packed Oatmeal and banana- will have at break for breakfast ( at work)

I am glad for any loss- this is my first real week I realize it is mostly water weight ....but I will track it !-
I truely started on Monday the tenth of march - but did not find website till Wednesday -.... !

well i worked this morning...did well brought fruit- but hungry wanting something to fill me up. i fell i am eating to much....need to
lower my cal intake?
