well, weekend good and bad- food minimal little alcohol- feeling good tired.

had a rough and good night. Went out after work- wanted just wings and 1 drink. had wings and 5 drinks!!!! alot of conversation and friends.....went home crashed.
eating lighter helped that day-. this morning feel awful- bland start, then chinese for lunch - out with friend tonight planning for the Haddock and potato. I need sleep !!!!!
