I am a mom of two very energetic littles. I am a wife and have a full-time career in information technology. I have discovered crossfit which gives my my daily hour (on the days that I make it) but that’s just one piece of the puzzle.

In a former life I raced downhill mountain bikes at a professional level in the US and Canada. I had my routine and I knew how to manage my weight. Once I retired from racing and had children, nothing in my life was the same. Routine? Gone. Sense of self? Gone. It’s been four years to get where I am now. I am at the point where I need to admit that I need to start over and be comfortable with who I am now.

While I’m still strong and quite pleased with how I’ve taken the baby weight off the past year, I’ve fallen off the wagon. I have also been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and I’m NOT willing to go on medication for it as it’s normalized itself for the time being.

I have lost my discipline and routine, and that part and I feel like I am re-inventing myself every day. It’s exhausting and this is to be a mechanism to hold myself accountable every. single. day.

I also LOVE and am having great success with Keto O/S. http://resolveto.pruvitnow.com

Wondering if Diet Pills are Dangerous for your Health?
I do not believe that diet pills, or anything that specifically says "lose weight" is a good idea. Losing weight and reducing excess fat are 2 totally different things. For example, if these products make you go to the bathroom, technically they just made you "lose weight". Cutting off a limb could also make you lose weight, but it's probably not really the result you're looking for.

Your best bet is to spend a week and log your food intake so you can baseline.
See what you can cut out or change in case maybe the food you're eating isn't as nutrient dense as it could be.

That being said, I am using a ketone supplement while adhering to a paleo(ish)/ketogenic diet. It's really worked well for me to keep my energy up and keep me satiated. I use this instead of my former protein powder post-workout, so it's a model that I know is sustainable for me, but you need to determine if what you're doing is sustainable for you.

I have logged all of my food and progress pictures and am happy to share if it's something you're interested in finding out more about.

Anyone heard of SARMS?
I would agree with taking something with known ingredients. I'm going to put this out there just because I use it and I've had really good results. I am using keto o/s and love it. It did take me a week or so to get used to it but I've trimmed down a lot, plus the only reason I tried it is that they offer a 30 day money back guarantee. When I was looking for other supplements, I didn't want to end up with a huge cabinet full of crap that I was stuck with and didn't like. You can pm me if you'd like for specifics for my experience with it.

Good luck!

Anyone heard of SARMS?
Good advice. I started a supplement and had a checkup with full labs done before and after taking it for a bit. It was a pain in the rear to do, but I feel much more at peace knowing that everything is normal.
