This diet has been super tough and have been cheating a little by introducing diabetic chocolate, but I'm still loosing weight, just happily which is a lot better than I was.

Vegetable juices, vegetable soups and almost 0 sugar apart from one tsp of natural honey in porridge a day. No caffeine or sodas only herbal tea and water, no alcohol or fruit either!
First ten days were a living hell coming off sugar and caffeine and the die off symptoms were intense but feel like I'm through the worst of it. Four day long headache even after meds was the worst part.
Hoping to lose another 5kg at least before my birthday in a month and a half!!!

Day one on Fatsecret:
I am new to this, when I was 27 for one year I had my ideal body out of my whole life it has been plus / minus 10 kilo's, was either too thin or verging chubby. Now I want to get it back, along with other health risks I now MUST change my diet. I am 29 years old.
A friend said I should join so I did because she is awesome and has my best interests at heart.
