Hello all... I have decided to go on a high protien/low carb diet. I have been doing this since saturday morning and I have been losing more weight on this kind of diet. It's very hard not eating ANY bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, or anything that has those things in it. But you get used to it and don't mind as much when you get on the scale and see a difference. I refuse to give up on losing weight. I already feel better.
My husband's birthday gathering was yesterday afternoon and I did eat cake, but it is not in my diet for the future.
