Okay - Here we go again. I am starting over - but this at least gives me the opportunity to prove I can achieve what I set my mind to during my retirement. Without work as an excuse the only reason I will fail is if I let myself.

Here we go again - yo-yo I really need to see a straight downward turn!
I told my husband I wasn't eating anything he cooks this week.
The good news - I've stayed with my challenge and NO CHIPS this weekend!
