My workout today. lawnmowing. Our front yard is approx 250 ft by 300ft. The grass was so tall that I had to mow it twice. I use a pushmower.

last year I started using this app. I knew I need help to lose weight. It became important to me. I wanted to be a living donor for my sister, who will need a kidney transplant . I went from 367 to 225. I went for my checkup and found that I didn't qualify to be a living donor. I'm in renal failure stage 3. I fell into depression. then got hit with all kinds of other problems. I went back to old coping ways. I deleted my account and gained again. I went up to 266. A couple of days ago, while lying awake. I got mad at me. I went and looked into the mirror and said, pull up your bootstraps. You are better than this. I reloaded this app and changed the privacy settings, and here I am sharing this new part of this journey. Let's do this.
