Just cant seem to stop wanting sweet stuff, still not eating right, and no time for exercise, keep putting it off till tomorrow, and tomorrow is another day away !!!!

Really thrilled with only a 2 lb gain after being away and high dinning plus loads of great wines, not to mention all that fab chocolate and ice creams,
Yes I did manage some good walks. but the life there was Early Morn breakfast, Work, Work, Work, Lunch, Work work work work, Dinner, Work work, Relax, Bed and all over again the next day. it was intense. !!!!!!
But Enjoyable and rewarding !!!
Glad to be HOME.

Too Busy with work, almost around the clock, comfort eating, snacking on all the wrong things, away for the next three weeks working overseas, in Switzerland. OH the chocaholic in me will be bad, and the wine from the south of France, in the evenings not to mention the huge meals with the group. hopefully weather at night will be good for some walking !!!!

OMG I did great all week what with walking and diet, until last night !!!!
I had dropped 3 lbs during the week
THEN last night meet up with afew of the gang, had some rich food and wine in a posh restaurant, and all that weight loss is back on THREE whole pounds back on overnight, did not want to record this weight, but better be honest to myself.

Nota bad week, managed to exercise a little and did keep wine and rich food under control, Delighted that one of my work skirts is now not fitting snug so will have to drop a size. YIPEE
