Father had a massive heart attack a week and a half ago, have been running back and forth to Florida to try and handle things and be with him. They've almost got his heart working on its own again, even though half the muscle is dead.
So the result is... I'm not eating very carefully while I'm here. I freely admit I have sinned. But I'm taking acai berries and staying away from things I know are bad, so I think this is why I'm still losing weight. Or maybe it's stress?

Tried a new recipe found on this site, for egg salad: egg whites only, lite mayo, etc. It's plain, but I like plain. (I like just eating egg whites!) With wheat bread, 4 points for lunch.
I want to keep losing weight, even if FatSecret still clings to 160 as my weight, so my weight loss doesn't even register. Grrr.

It's hard to stay strong at a party! I was able to have a relatively good lunch, since we were putting together sandwiches and whole wheat rolls were available. But then everyone had ice cream and cake, and so I had to also have [Weight Watchers] ice cream and [Weight Watchers] cake, but I'm still going to be a tiny bit over after dinner. Sigh.

We've always watched to stay in our point range of 20-25 points daily. And I lost over a pound in less than a week, huzzah!
