Yeah, I think I weighed 168 because the day before I ate Chinese...salt= water gain. Let's see how it goes now.

I've gotten lazy. I admit it. I used to walk every day and work at a factory where I did very physical labor...the last five years I've gained 20 pounds. I like to blame it on menopause, but it's laziness. Trying not to eat the junk. But just yesterday I had a mocha chillata at Cinnabon. HUGE mistake. 450 calories worth. I usually just drink water. No more frozen drinks.
