Im 37 year old professional. I do tech support so most of my day is spent sitting at a desk.I also suffer from a spinal injury which makes extreme exercise very problematic. However im tired of always being in pain from me weight and being self conscious of my size so I'm resolved to do something about it. and this is where i start.
