Made donuts with the kids using a mini donut maker and a low calorie high protein recipe from The Protein Chef. Yum yum so good.

My goal is to maintain my current weight for the next few weeks until third trimester then slowly gain no more than 9lbs, for a total of 25lbs. Baby growth is right on track and OB Doctor is good with the plan. He said the less I gain during pregnancy, the easier it is to get back on track after baby is born.

I have been MIA. I was doing very well with my diet and exercising and weight loss. I was in the insurance approval process for skin removal. Then covid happened and pushed back appointments and surgery dates. That was okay. I saw it as more time to lose a little more fat and build some more muscle. Well, some extracurricular activities in quarantine resulted in a pregnancy. Yup. I am pregnant with a quarantine baby. Lol. I was surprised and happy (I guess a healthier body brings fertility back)
I will say, that seeing the scale move up does bring me anxiety. But I am still keeping to a healthy diet and still getting my workouts done. Half way done with growing my new little guy. (I am having a boy).
