Feel pretty good, lost a little more weight. Still have a ways to go though. Got a pedometer on Friday and it looks as though I naturally walk roughly 3,000 steps per day. My goal is to go the full 10,000 steps. Ideally, I'm thinking of splitting it up between a morning walk and an evening walk each of around 4,000 steps. This way I can easily go over the 10k steps.
We'll see how that goes though. I have a tendency to have big dreams without enough follow through. My thought is that much like dieting, if I fall off the wagon, I won't beat myself up about it and I'll just start over again. We shall see, I suppose.
