It's been almost a year of just watching what I ate casually, but mostly snacking as usual but with more exercise. Weight has gone up a bit, so it's time to track and push it down again.

First a cold, then getting ready for Irma, then the hurricane. It's been a few days off. Hopefully these will come back off as fast as they went on. Back on full diet and exercise regimen today.

Wow. Not the result I expected, or my scale is just screwing with me. Lunch didn't seem to hurt, so today I'm adding breakfast -- soy yogurt, pumpkin seeds, and an orange. We'll see what tomorrow look like. Pumpkin seeds -- not bad!
