I wasn't feel well yesterday but managed to stay on the program. I didn't exercise though. Hopefully I'll get some energy back today.

I'm enjoying the snow day today and hoping to get out and play in the snow with the kids! So far I've done well sticking with the nutrisystem plan. I swapped my afternoon snack for a slice of light bread and tbsp of peanut butter though. I found that kept me fuller longer. It was within the calorie range, so I might do that more often.
