I broke my right foot 3 weeks ago and was looking so forward to working out today...unfortunately, my left knee sustained a previous sports injury and from bearing so much of my weight on my left side it popped out of place.

I am having a tough time getting motivated. After taking the weekend off for the bachelorette party my desire to workout is dissipating. So, before I completely convince myself not to exercise, I am off to do pilates, yoga, and power walk. Good night everyone and ALL mommies that may read this...please join my group!
