Today I went food shopping and tried to get the healthiest things. I got wheat bagles for breakfast and granola bars. I got whatever low fat substitute I could get. Today is the first day that I actually measured my food servings at lunch. I took hydroxycut max this morning before going grocerie shopping and was not feeling hungry until about 2 hours later. I ate a serving size of dried fruit for my breakfast and about 2 hours later I took another hydroxycut pill and ate yummy orange barbcue chicken, rice, and corn. I usually eat everything on my plate, and today I was full before that. I stopped eating and I am feeling really full right now! It's not very sunny out; infact, it's raining, so I am not really motivated to go and run in my backyard, but I do plan to run around for about an hour later today before the sun goes down.
