had chinese for supper last night: egg roll, crab ragoon, egg drop soup, shrimp fried rice. threw up all of soup.

had stuffing for supper -overate. went to doctor yesterday-lost 21 pounds, all my lab work was excellent. dr.pleased. said this would be my new life style-losing weight.
