OK, so I'm losing it.
Admittedly this weight is the freight scale at work and I think it adds 6-8 lbs over the doctor's scale but I'm moving backward.
Gonne drink lots of H2O over x-mas and see if I can progress in 2010

OK so here goes.
Every winter I gain weight and my ability to lose it during summer is gone.
Boo hoo i'm 262.

I'm starting with an open mind and this is the first time I have ever really committed to following a program.
