Trying to combine 5/2 and LCHF. I know that there can be fasting involved with LCHF as a natural part of the WOE, but I am also going to fast on Mondays and Thursdays to try and motivate and move along this process.

OK, Christmas was lovely and I stuck to my WOE but over the month of December I must have overeaten cause the scales are showing an upward trend. I have stopped recording my food, so today I am starting to record all that I eat again. It seems to work the best for me. Hope you all had a lovely Christmas.
