Wow, weighed in at 55 kg this morning which shocks me because yesterday was a hotpot bonanza. I ate so much that when I got up, I realized walking was painful!!! Even after that, we kept drinking beer and tequila. Maybe this takes a couple days to process :O.
However, I also ended up walking 6 miles yesterday (15,000 steps) so maybe I burned most of it off, although the calculator here says no. Sure I walked slowly, but it was also 80 degrees and super muggy and I was carrying a heavy bag of (... ok, yes, tequila and beer, there I said it), so maybe we could call this Intense Slow Walking.
Anyhow, guess it goes to show you can pig out, you can have a good time, but you gotta earn it. Get up and move somehow to make the eating a worthy trade off.

Remember to celebrate the victories and not obsess over what's left to do. I lost 4 lbs in May!!!!!! I remind myself that sustainable weight loss is a slow process. If it drops too fast, I should be worried. I'm not interested in starving myself. I am interested in living a healthier better life and be the best me I can be!

Hotpot is SO GOOD. And it destroys my willpower to not stuff my face. Yummmmmnomnomomnom.
