I'm now 58 years old, and over the past 30 years I've seen my weight rise from around 140 lbs when I was 27 or 28, and up to about 195 to 200 lbs in my late 40s. By the time I was in my late 30s, the weight had gone up to between 165 and 170.
In the 2012 timeframe, when I decided to lose weight used the fatsecret website to successfullly get my weight back down to 170 lbs. At that time, I went out and bought new tailored shirts, and a couple of new suits.
Maintenance has always been difficult for me, so I slacked off in terms of being mindful about what I ate, and my weight balooned up to 205, and it was noticable. So here I am again.
