4 rides this week 1 25 mile , 1 32mile , 1 22mile , 1 21 mile , had a couple of days that it was pretty cold 32 to 35 degrees but i have just about got the layering of clothes down to an art i have got to recommend the thermo line from enduro and the thermolite line from pearl izumi good stuff had an awsome ride on saturday it was 60 degrees day before new yr

got up this am and took my first real ride since i had the flu road 20 miles it was upper 20's but it felt great my legs are letting me know that we haven't been out for a while

not sure if this is lost muscle or fat clothe a little looser but been sick so who knows i hope it is not mass worked out tonoght weights with my son felt great i need it now exercise new addiction

i am having a time i am just now feeling like i am getting over this stinking flu i need to get well and get back on my bike i am going stir crazy do not even feel like working out i know i will not lose the war by not working out for a week or two but i am being beat in the short run i dont want to let this change my resolve

have nit bothered to weigh in i dont think losing five # with the flu really counts i am sure it wont stay off
