I walked twice yesterday with different friends its amazing how far you can walk and talk at the same time. Talking makes the walk not want to end

I've gained a few back and now I'm trying hard to get back on track. This week I'm looking to be focused on my accountability of tracking my WW points

I feel completely defeated today. I changed my routine and ate more calories in fewer sittings rather than fewer calories through out the day.... point of the matter is i felt disgusting because I've been so used to feeling satisfied and not stuffed. I went to my weight watchers meeting and because I ate so much but was still with in my points that made me 0lbs lost for the week. I know I lost three lbs but I ate before the meeting and got on the scale... Psychologically it has me upset. Next week I will cut back my points and work out more!
