I have no idea ho this all works, but I just had beans on toast, with Sainsbury's beans, which have less rubbish than Heinz. Later I'm going to eat a mini quiche that's in the fridge (goes out of date today), some salad and some pasta.
The plan is to eat breakfast and lunch everyday and drink Roiboos and Licorice tea.
